“Research in Terrorist Organizations” by Victor Asal

Asal is a faculty expert on terrorism and homeland security at the University at Albany. He serves as director of the Center for Policy Research, associate professor of political science, director of the Homeland Security Certificate and MPA Concentration, and codirector
of the Project on Violent Conflict. Asal has written and spoken extensively on terrorist groups and networks, violence and mass casualty weapons, and counterterrorism initiatives.
